Any fees related to debt negotiation are earned and charged only after a settlement is successfully negotiated, the client has reviewed and approved the settlement terms, and the client has made their first payment toward the settlement, in accordance with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310) and applicable Virginia consumer protection laws.
No Escrow / No Fund Handling
TMB Debt Solutions does not collect, hold, manage, or disburse client funds intended for creditors. Clients remain in full control of their money and make all payments directly to creditors or settlement entities. Because no client funds are held, an escrow or trust account is not required for our services.
No Guarantee of Results
Debt negotiation outcomes vary based on creditor policies, account status, and individual financial circumstances. No guarantees or promises are made regarding debt reduction amounts, timelines, credit score impact, or creditor participation.
